RETURNS + EXCHANGES

How Do I Initiate a Return?

Navigate to your shopify account and click into your order. If it is within the return window, you will be able to request a return.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Please contact our team at orders@turfactive.com

What’s your return policy?

Returns can be made within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

A $10 processing fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund due to account for shipping + restocking processes.

What’s your exchange policy? 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.

Can I Return product I Bought on turfactive.com, to the TurF 4th Avenue Shop?

If you made a purchase at turfactive.com, and wish to make a return, you can do this 1 of 2 ways. 

  1. Mail it back to us by initiating a return through your shopify account. You will receive instructions and a shipping label, and then can drop it in the mail.

2. Start the return online + then drop off in person at TurF on 4th avenue.

I purchased my product on turfactive.com. Why Can’t I Exchange Product at TurF 4th Avenue?

Due to how we track our inventory, our team asks that all returns for exchange are done by shipping it back to us yourself. TurF 4th Ave can not facilitate turfactive.com exchanges

I changed my mind about my bundle! Can I return it?

Yep, as long as it’s within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 

I love my bundle but one thing doesn’t fit, can I exchange one item?

Totally. Within 14 days of receiving your bundle, you can initiate an exchange of any of your bundle items for another size in the same style + colour as the original bundle offering. Please contact our team at orders@turfactive.com.

Shipping

What are your shipping options?

We ship from BC for all orders. We have a few options for shipping in Canada, depending on how eager you are to get moving in your pieces.

Free Standard Shipping
On all orders over $200 CAD / $160 USD
Estimated delivery Ground 3-7 business days)

Standard Ground Shipping
Estimated delivery within 3 -7 business days: $10

Express Shipping 
Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days: $15

Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days: $35

Orders placed with standard and express shipping take 1-3 business days to be processed, and are not processed over the weekend or on holidays. Shipping timelines are our best estimates based on our shipping partners but cannot be guaranteed (but will be as close as possible).

For Priority post, orders must be placed before 11am PST Monday through Friday to be processed and shipped same day. We do not ship orders over the weekends or on holidays.

Do you ship to the US?

You bet.

Will I be charged Tariffs if I’m in the US? 

At checkout, any additional duties or taxes will be calculated and added into your final cost so there’s no jump scares by the time it gets to your door.

Is TurF on 4th & TurF active the same thing?

Kind of. Think of them like sisters. TurF active was created for your workout hangout endeavours. So you’ll find us in the TurF shop, see it on the mat next to you + in line for coffee. But we operate as an independent online store + ship independently from TurF on 4th ave. So yes + no but ultimately, they were made for each other.

If I order online at http://turfactive.com, can I pick it up at TurF on 4th?

To keep things simple, no. When you order on http://turfactive.com, we pack your order from our distribution centre which is separate from TurF Living.
However, you can also shop TurF active online at http://ourturf.com + in their shop IRL!

Is this all activewear? Can I wear my pieces in and out of the studio?

Absolutely. That’s kind of our thing… Our pieces are designed for maximum mileage and should be worn everywhere.

What the heck is a bundle?

Our bundles are our founders’ favourite ways to wear a drop. Bundled as limited edition combinations that come with perks. Like 15% off and 15% more compliments on your outfit.
